Narayana Ninna Namada
Narayana Ninna Namada is a composition in Carnatic music by Purandara Dasa[1] in the 16th century. It is set in the Shuddha Dhanyasi raga[2] and the Khanda Chapu tala. It emphasizes the value of reciting God's name.[3]
The song is popular and has been performed by many musicians, including M. S. Subbulakshmi, Bombay Jayashri, Sudha Ragunathan,[4] Maharajapuram Santhanam,[5] M. Balamuralikrishna,[6] and E. Gayathri.[2]
